As usual, Seido will be at the All Japan Aikido Demonstration on May 25th at the Nippon Budokan! Again this year, we will have an English catalogue available so don't hesitate to get one, we also have attached a discount card to it.
Our entire catalogue will not be available for purchase and it will not be possible to embroider on site, but we will set up a booking system for custom products and embroidery to ensure that all goods will be virtually available (and with crazy fast embroidery/engraving service). Thus, foreign practitioners who are only there for a short period of time will be able to collect their embroidered/custom order directly at our offices the 2 days after (Monday 27th), others can opt for a delivery to their hotel by Monday or Tuesday. For the 5th year now, we have decided to keep our double booth setup in order to provide the best possible presentation for the material, especially weapons, which take up much space. I will also allow us to allocate a small space for fittings. We're looking forward to meet you there !
To prepare the "All Japan Aikido Embutaikai" event and process all orders registered on site, we have extented our online orders shipping time by one day. On Monday 27th customer support over the phone will not be available and your email inquiries might be answered with a little delay.
But of course, our website is ready to take your order 24/7, as always.
Order pick up at venue, on the 25th
As usual, we also offer order pick up at the Nippon Budokan, between 10 am and 4 pm, the day of the event.
To arrange a pick up on site, we need:
- Your order details. (We recommend going through the English website, add all items to your cart, then use the "print as quotation" button and print as PDF. This way, you will have your order details in English).
- Requested payment method.
- Credit card only for personalized orders.
- Cash on site possible for non personalized orders. - Non personalized orders must be submitted by May 23rd.
Personalized orders (embroidery/engraving) must be submitted by May 21st.
